Terms of Service
Effective date: January 1, 2026
1. Bookings & Payments
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and payment method on file. We may require a security deposit or certificate of insurance based on the production scope. You authorize us to charge outstanding balances, overages, and damages as specified in the booking confirmation.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations 7+ days before the start date: full refund minus processing fees. 3–6 days: 50% refund. 0–2 days: non-refundable. Repaints and third-party services may be non-refundable once scheduled. We may cancel for safety or operational reasons; in such cases, fees paid will be refunded.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to engage in hazardous, unlawful, or disruptive activities. No open flames, pyrotechnics, or hazardous materials without written approval. Noise must remain within local ordinances and studio guidelines.
4. Safety & Conduct
All persons must follow safety instructions, posted signage, and crew directives. Only qualified personnel may operate electrical distribution or rigging. You are responsible for the acts and omissions of your cast, crew, and visitors.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VistaStage Rentals is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, production time, or data. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the booking giving rise to the claim.
6. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold VistaStage Rentals harmless from claims arising out of your use of the facilities and equipment, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
7. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, labor disputes, utility failures, or government actions. Obligations resume when performance becomes feasible.
8. Changes to the Terms
We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on our website. Continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
